Collection training is held on-site, utilizing a combination of classroom and one-to one supervisor to
individual collector instruction, and continues throughout the course of NACI employment. Collectors
receive constant supervision and monitoring to insure company performance standards. Our
collection to supervisor ratio is extremely low to insure quality and optimum performance.
When a new client designates placements for NACI, a specific team is assigned to the project and the
project is initially managed by the executive staff to ensure superior performance and quality service
